Privacy
What BNBGuilds stores and why. Last updated 15 October 2026.
The public explorer
Market and blockchain data on the explorer pages load straight from public sources in your browser: the futures exchange API and a BNB Smart Chain node. We don’t run advertising trackers and we don’t sell anything about you.
Those providers see your IP address when your browser requests data from them, as with any website that uses them.
Ambassadors
When you sign in with X we receive your X user ID, username, display name, profile picture and follower count. We don’t receive your password, email or direct messages, and we can’t post on your behalf.
To verify support we read public posts from ambassador accounts that mention the tracked terms, plus replies, reposts and quotes from ambassadors on those posts. We store the post text, time and public counts, and which ambassadors supported which posts.
Anything you add to your profile (bio, location, languages, Telegram username, links, skills) is shown to other signed-in ambassadors and to members of the Telegram group. The public ambassador page shows only totals from it: how many ambassadors are in each country and speak each language, never with a name.
If you switch on a public card in your profile, your name, picture, X handle, bio, location, languages, skills and links also appear in the public directory, where search engines can find them. Your Telegram username and your activity numbers never do. Switching it off removes the card.
If you go two weeks without a post or a backing and have connected Telegram, our bot may send you one private reminder there. The team can see that it went out, or that Telegram couldn’t deliver it.
Applying to be an ambassador
The application form stores what you type (your name, X and Telegram usernames, country, languages, what you’d like to do, a few lines about you and your links) so the team can review it, and sends the team a copy by email. Nothing in it is public.
Like the contact form, it is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and a limit per IP address. Once the team has decided, the application is deleted after 90 days.
Telegram group members
If you open ambassador profiles through Telegram, Telegram shares your Telegram ID, name and username with us so we can check you’re in the group. We keep this only in a sign-in cookie that expires after a day.
If you’re an ambassador, connecting Telegram from your profile verifies your account the same way signing in with X does, and we save your Telegram ID so the My support and What’s left buttons recognise you even if you rename. Disconnecting it from your profile removes the link.
Cookies
Cookies that keep you signed in, and cookies Google Analytics uses to count visits. There are no advertising cookies.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people open and roughly where they come from. It records the page, the site you arrived from, an approximate location from your IP address and your device type. We never send it your X handle, email, wallet address or anything else that identifies you.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland analytics stays off until you agree to it, so until then Google gets no cookies from us. Everywhere else it starts when you arrive. Advertising features and Google signals are off in every country.
We keep it for 14 months.
How long we keep data
Ambassador posts and support records are kept while the programme runs, so weekly and all-time counts stay accurate. Check logs and API usage records are deleted automatically after 30 and 90 days, and one-time sign-in links after a day. Reviewed ambassador applications are deleted 90 days after the decision. Liquidation records, which carry no personal data at all, are kept for two days.
If an admin removes an ambassador, their profile, posts and support records are deleted.
The contact form
What you send through the contact form (your name, your email address, the topic and the message) arrives in our inbox as an email and is not stored on this site. We use your address only to answer you.
To keep the form free of spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending it, and your IP address is counted for a limited time so one address can’t send dozens of messages in a row.
Your choices
You can edit or clear your profile at any time from the ambassador dashboard. To have your account and records removed, contact the team and we’ll delete them.
You can revoke the site’s access to your X account in X under Settings, Security and account access, Apps and sessions.
